Noodle Shop

I went to noodle shop in Fukuoka. I always go in midnight. We always used to a highway.
So our favorite noodle shop is "Ippu-dou". This noodle shop is very famous shop. So this shop's taste is very good. My favorite taste is "Tonkotsu". My friends live in Niigata prefecture. His prefecture used a taste soy-sause. In kumamoto used a tonkotsu. Japan has a many taste noodle. If you have a free time, I recommand for noodle trip!
